It is always possible that a product does not fit correctly, or does not meet your expectations. Therefore you always have the right to return the product within 14 days after the purchase. Also with sale items. Return shippings must match the following requirements:
- The return form must be completed.
- Products must be unused.
- Price and information tags need to remain attached to the product.
- Products need to be packed in the original package.
- Products need to be returned with labels and stickers included.
- Some products can only be return in an unopened package. Think about dvd's, sealed packages, wax, etcetera.
- The returned product must always be packed in a sturdy box.
After 14 days, the purchase will be definitive and your right of return will lapse.

After we received your returned products, you will receive a credit note by email. We deposit your money within five working days. The return shipment of the package is your own responsibility. In case your return shipment is not deliverd, you need to contact the carrier by yourself. Save your track & trace code for this possibility.
Wrong product delivered or damaged product
Always check if you received the correct product. Almost every item of the collection is on stock in our warehouse. To offer our webshop clients the same extensive collection as our customers inside the store, we use the same stock for our webshop as the stock from the store. In case your receive accidentally a wrong or damaged product, please contact us.
Return costs are for the account of the customer. Of course it is allowed to return your order inside the store for free. When products are wrongly delivered or damaged, we credit the return costs. Please contact us in advance in that case.
