Delivery conditions

During the order process you can choose between order shipment or a pickup in our store. Unless otherwise stated, all our products are shipped by PostNL or DHL. For a fast delivery it is recommended that you pay with iDEAL, PayPal or creditcard. In case you chose to use the bank transfer method, your order will be shipped 1 to 2 working days later due to the transaction time. Check our payment methods for more information.

When your place an order on working days before 17:00, your order will be shipped the same day. Your order will be deliverd on the next working day in The Netherlands. International deliveries can take up to 5 working days, depending on the country. DHL delivers packages on Monday to Saturday. Products that are ordered during the weekend, will be shipped on Monday. After the first attempt you can pickup your package at the closest depot. Besides, your package is easily traceable with the track & trace number sent to you by email.
